One-click Connect — won deals sync to Wring automatically as pre-filled credit claims.

The Wring Funding app syncs your Closed Won deals to Wring automatically: a claim draft is prepared within a few minutes of the deal closing, without anyone opening Wring.

Make sure the prerequisites are in place first — a Wring account and a linked AWS account — and that the person connecting is a HubSpot Super Admin (or has the App Marketplace Access permission): HubSpot only lets those users install apps. If you are not, HubSpot stops after sign-in without an error message; ask your Super Admin to connect from your Wring account.

Set up

  1. Connect. In Wring, open Connect your CRM → HubSpot → Connect, sign in to HubSpot, pick your account and authorize the Wring Funding app — it asks for deal-read access only. You can also start from the app's page on the HubSpot App Marketplace; the install lands you on the same Wring page. Won deals start syncing to Wring automatically; no code, no keys.
  2. Win a deal. On a Closed Won deal (any pipeline), Wring pre-fills your F3 New Client Credits draft within a few minutes, under Credits & Funding → Drafts.

Open the deal in HubSpot

Every deal in Wring links straight back to HubSpot. From Credits & Funding → Deals (or the HubSpot card on Connect your CRM):

  • Open pipeline jumps to your deals view in HubSpot.
  • Open in HubSpot on any deal row opens that exact deal record.

Handy for checking the source deal while you review a claim.

Permissions & access

  • What Wring asks for: deal read access, via the OAuth Wring Funding app — no API keys are created or stored in HubSpot.
  • What Wring reads: your won deals only, enough to pre-fill a claim. There is no bulk pipeline sync.
  • Revoke anytime: HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Wring Funding → Uninstall. Pausing or disconnecting inside Wring changes its status but doesn't withdraw the CRM authorization — uninstalling here is what stops it.

Troubleshooting

  • HubSpot showed nothing after sign-in, or "you don't have permission". Only a HubSpot Super Admin (or a user with App Marketplace Access) can install apps. Ask one to connect, from your Wring account.
  • A won deal didn't appear. It's picked up within a few minutes of the deal moving to Closed Won. Check it's in a real Closed Won stage (any pipeline's Closed Won counts) and that the connection shows as Connected on Connect your CRM.
  • The "Open in HubSpot" links are missing. If you connected before this feature shipped, reconnect once from Connect your CRM → HubSpot — the links appear on the next connection.
  • A claim landed on the wrong account. Claims are bound to the Wring account that connected HubSpot — not the deal's email. If one lands in the wrong place, reconnect HubSpot while signed in to the correct Wring account.
  • I disconnected but deals still arrive. Uninstall the app in HubSpot (see Permissions above) — that's what withdraws access.
