Salesforce
One-click Connect — won Opportunities sync to Wring automatically, with an optional claim card on the Opportunity.
The Salesforce extension syncs your Closed Won Opportunities to Wring automatically. Optionally, a Wring Funding card on the Opportunity page lets a rep start the claim straight from the deal they just won.
Make sure the prerequisites are in place first — a Wring account and a linked AWS account.
Set up
- Connect. In Wring, open Connect your CRM → Salesforce → Connect, sign in to Salesforce, and click Allow. Won Opportunities start syncing to Wring automatically — no code in your org, no keys.
- Add the card (optional). Open the Wring Funding install link Wring sends → Install for All Users. Then on an Opportunity → ⚙ Edit Page, drag the Wring Funding component in → Save → Assign as Org Default. This adds the in-deal claim card.
- Claim on Won. On a Closed Won Opportunity the Wring card shows the offer → Claim F3 New Client Credits. Even without clicking, the deal is picked up automatically within a few minutes.
Org blocks third-party apps?
If your org blocks unknown third-party apps by default, a Salesforce admin approves Wring once, under Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage.

Open the deal in Salesforce
Every deal in Wring links straight back to Salesforce. From Credits & Funding → Deals (or the Salesforce card on Connect your CRM):
- Open pipeline jumps to your Opportunities list in Salesforce.
- Open in Salesforce on any deal row opens that exact Opportunity.
Handy for checking the source Opportunity while you review a claim.
Permissions & access
- What Wring asks for: OAuth access to read Opportunities, via the Wring Funding connected app — no API keys in your org.
- What Wring reads: your Closed Won Opportunities only. There is no bulk pipeline sync.
- Revoke anytime: to stop syncing, revoke the OAuth grant — Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage → Wring → Revoke. (Uninstalling the Wring Funding package only removes the in-deal card; the sync uses a separate OAuth token, so revoking is what actually stops it.) Pausing or disconnecting inside Wring doesn't withdraw the org authorization.
Troubleshooting
- A won Opportunity didn't appear. It's picked up within a few minutes of IsWon becoming true. Confirm the Opportunity is Closed Won and the connection shows as Connected on Connect your CRM.
- My org blocks the app. A Salesforce admin approves Wring once under Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
- A claim landed on the wrong account. Claims are bound to the Wring account that connected Salesforce — not the Opportunity owner's email. If one lands in the wrong place, reconnect Salesforce from the correct Wring account.
- I disconnected but deals still arrive. Revoke access in Salesforce (see Permissions above) — that's what withdraws it.
