Pipedrive

Won deals sync to Wring automatically, with an AWS Funding panel on the deal for claiming on the spot.

The Pipedrive extension syncs your Won deals to Wring automatically — a claim draft is prepared within a couple of minutes of the deal closing. It also adds an AWS Funding panel to the deal sidebar, so you can start the claim right from the deal you just closed.

Make sure the prerequisites are in place first — a Wring account and a linked AWS account.

Set up

  1. Install the app. Open the Wring Funding install link (Pipedrive Marketplace, or the private link Wring sends) → Install → Allow & Install.
  2. Open a deal. The AWS Funding panel appears in the deal sidebar automatically — nothing else to configure.
  3. Claim on Won. On a Won deal the panel shows the offer → Claim F3 New Client Credits. Even without clicking, the deal is picked up automatically within a couple of minutes.

Open the deal in Pipedrive

Every deal in Wring links straight back to Pipedrive. From Credits & Funding → Deals (or the Pipedrive card on Connect your CRM):

  • Open pipeline jumps to your deals view in Pipedrive.
  • Open in Pipedrive on any deal row opens that exact deal.

Handy for checking the source deal while you review a claim.

Permissions & access

  • What Wring asks for: an OAuth install of the Wring Funding app with deal read access. The in-deal panel is authenticated with a signed token — no keys to store.
  • What Wring reads: your won deals only. There is no bulk pipeline sync.
  • Revoke anytime: Pipedrive → Settings → Tools and apps → Marketplace apps → Wring Funding → Uninstall. Pausing or disconnecting inside Wring doesn't withdraw the app authorization — uninstalling here is what stops it.

Troubleshooting

  • A won deal didn't appear. Won deals sync every couple of minutes. Check the deal status is Won and the connection shows as Connected on Connect your CRM.
  • A claim landed on the wrong account. Claims are bound to the Wring account that connected Pipedrive — not the deal owner's email. If one lands in the wrong place, reconnect Pipedrive from the correct Wring account.
  • I disconnected but deals still arrive. Uninstall the app in Pipedrive (see Permissions above) — that's what withdraws access.
